What happens to an earner's badge if they leave our organization? How can an earner add a secondary email address?

Credly's platform uses an earner's email address as their unique identifier, which means that the badge will always be tied to the email you use when issuing. Earners can easily add other email address(es) (a secondary email) to their Credly profile. This will ensure that all of their Credly badges will appear under one profile, even if their badges were issued to different email addresses. 

To log into Credly's platform an earner simply needs their username (an email address) and password. If they have confirmed their account previously but lost access to the email inbox, they can still log into the platform using their username and password.
