You may find it necessary to resend a notification to an earner. This article walks you through the process. Also, remember that once you have issued a badge, your earner will be put into the following email reminder cycle. When your earner accepts their badge, they will be taken out of the email reminder cycle. Those automated reminders are sent 1, 4 and 12 days after the initial email notification.
If you would like to resend a notification to an earner who hasn’t accepted their badge, you can send an ad-hoc reminder.
- Select “Earners” in the top navigation panel
- Type in the name of the earner you would like to send a reminder to
- Select the badge that is in pending status
- At the bottom of the page you will see an option to “Resend Notification”
The earner will receive a notification in real-time, reminding them to accept their badge.
