By default, a badge template cannot be used to issue to the same email address, even if there may be different issue dates.
However, you might want to change that. For example, if your organization offers a badge for public speaking and you want to issue it every time an individual speaks, you would enable duplicate badges.
You can enable duplicates at the badge template level by doing the following:
- Locate the badge template
- Select “Settings”
- The last option in settings will allow you to enable the duplicate badge feature for this specific template.
