Archived Templates are badge templates that are no longer actively being issued. Once an organization has decided to retire a badge they can archive it. Badges that are archived will no longer display on the organization’s public-facing profile page. Only published badge templates have the option to be archived. You can re-publish an archived badge at anytime.
Archiving a badge will not affect earners who have already earned this badge and will still display on their profile.
Archiving a Badge
- Select “Badges” from the left-hand navigation panel.
- Within the “Templates” tab, select the template you would like to archive.
- Within the badge template, select “Archive” from the drop-down menu in the right-hand side of the screen.
- You can see all of your archived badge templates, if you select "View Archived Templates" from the "Templates" tab's menu in the upper right-hand side of the screen.
