The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) governs schools, not software providers. However, since Credly serves hundreds of public and independent higher education institutions, we want to be certain that you are able to issue badges in a way that complies with FERPA obligations.
A reminder of our commitments:

2. Our platform allows the end user (earner) to decide what is publicly visible.
